Manufacturing Process
At our production facility in Norderstedt, 100% fresh, high-quality milk from regional farmers is processed using traditional methods. Filled into jute sacks, pressed, and slowly aged for a full three months, the cheese wheels develop their distinctive texture. Only then are they carefully cut by hand. The result is cheese sticks of exceptional purity and character.
